All Members MUST abide by and fallow these rules AT ALL TIMES.  Failure to do so will be dealt with accordingly.

Chain of Command | CQC Matches | CQC Eligibility  Recruiting | Hosting and Playing | Ranks and Promotions

 

**1.) Chain of Command

**a.) The Chain of Command will be fallowed.  You will not talk back to or refuse to do something that your superior officer ordered you to do.

**b.) Abuse of the chain of command will also not be tolerated.  If you suspect someone of abusing their status of a high rank, report it to WATO-Crazy Ivan immediately.  A full investigation of the problem will be preformed if WATO Crazy Ivan sees it fit to do so.  The lowest punishment that will be given is a demotion and can go as high as being exiled from the clan.

**2.) CQC Matches

**a.) All Members must read the CQC rules.  They can be found by signing in at www.starlance.com/cqc and clicking rules.

**b.) Not fallowing the CQC rules will not be tolerated.  If you should have a problem with a battle you want voided, contact an admin IMMEDIATELY.  DO not just not confirm it or the clan will be fined 25000 points.  Not fallowing the Starlance CQC or WATO's CQC rules will be punished severely.

**3.) CQC Eligibility

**a.) All members are not eligible for CQC matches.  Members of officer ranks only may be eligible for CQC matches.  This is because WATO does not want to be loosing CQC matches left and right.  To see if you are eligible, click here.  Wednesday

**4.) Recruiting

**a.) No regular member may recruit any Rogue Spear player without the consent of WATO-Crazy Ivan.  At time WATO-Crazy Ivan will open the doors to new members but it will no be abused.

**5.) Hosting and Playing

**a.) Superior officers have the first dibs on being the host.  If he/she is not willing to host he/she may appoint a new host.

**b.) In the game, it should be as fin as possible.  No real rules are placed for this part of Rogue Spear, but please use common sense.

**6.) Ranks and Promotions

**a.) The current ranks for WATO and the promotion requirements are as fallows:

OFFICER Ranks

Leader-Can not be promoted to.

Co-leader-Can not be promoted to.  One will be appointed by the leader is need be.

General-The rank when a player receives 5000 kills.  A tryout for promotion is required.

Lieutenant-General-The rank when a player receives 1500 kills.  A tryout for promotion is required.

 Major-General-The rank when a player receives 1000 kills.  A tryout for promotion is required.

Colonel-The rank when a player receives 750 kills.  A tryout for promotion is required. This is the rank where the player can become a Squad Leader.

Lieutenant Colonel-The rank when a player receives 450 kills.  A tryout for promotion is required.

Major-The rank when a player receives 250 kills.  A tryout for promotion is required.

Captain-The rank when a player receives 100 kills.  A tryout for promotion is required.

Lieutenant-Rank when a player receives 50 confirmed CQC kills.   A tryout for promotion is required.

Corporal-First CQC rank.  The player who wishes to be promoted to this rank, and all ranks to fallow, will submit a promotion form.  He/she will play a game 2v1 between the Leader and Co-Leader.  The games will be played very similar to the CQC matches, 4-7maps 4-7maches.

ENLISTED Ranks

Command Sergeant-Rank after 7 weeks of deployment.

Major Sergeant-Rank after 5 weeks of deployment.

Sergeant-Rank after 3 weeks of deployment.

Privet-The rank a player starts out with once they are first recruited.
